Thank you for choosing Cozy Brushery for your Procreate brushes. I strive to ensure that all of my products meet your creative needs and expectations. Understanding that issues can arise, I've outlined my Return and Refund Policy below, which includes conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Issues: If you experience any issues with downloading or importing the brushes that cannot be resolved, you are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If the brushes you've purchased do not meet your expectations or you're not satisfied with the quality, a refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Limitations: A maximum of two products per customer are eligible for a refund. Product bundles are excluded from the refund policy.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact me via email at contact@cozybrushery.com or through the website chat, providing:

  • A detailed description of the issue, or
  • Video or screenshots demonstrating the problem with the product.

This information will assist in understanding the problem and improving future products.

Refund Conditions

  • Upon issuing a refund, the User License Agreement associated with the refunded product is automatically terminated. This means the product cannot be used in any future projects and must be deleted from your devices.

  • All refunds are subject to the discretion of Cozy Brushery. Refund requests may be denied in situations indicative of misuse of our satisfaction guarantee. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all customers and prevent the abuse of the offer for free products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days, with funds returned to the original payment method.

Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you have the option to exchange the product for another of similar value if preferred. This offer is part of my commitment to ensure your satisfaction and support your creative journey.
